Subscription & Licence Terms — ARGON
Supplementary to General Terms (Article 3) · Version 1.0 · 2026-07-14
1. Subscription plan
| Plan | Description | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Flow | The full ARGON native terminal — complete order-flow suite | € 35 / month |
ARGON is sold as a single plan. A free account may be created to manage billing and downloads; terminal access requires an active Flow subscription. Prices are listed on argon-development.com/pricing in EUR (VAT may apply). Payment is processed via Stripe.
2. Delivery
- Flow: access is activated after successful payment. Native desktop downloads are released per beta wave — downloads appear on your portal when your build is ready.
- Customers are responsible for their own hardware, OS compatibility (Linux and Windows), and internet connection.
3. Licence scope
- Flow: one (1) natural person per account, one active session per account unless otherwise agreed.
- The licence terminates automatically when the subscription ends. Customers must uninstall the software upon termination.
4. Renewal and billing
- Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- If a payment fails, a 7-day reminder grace period applies; access is suspended until payment is successful.
- Stripe processes payments. Argon does not store full card details.
5. Refunds
- No pro-rata refunds on early cancellation, except where mandatory consumer law or a Stripe chargeback procedure applies.
- In the event of sustained downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours not caused by the customer or third-party exchanges, Argon may offer a service credit at its discretion.
6. Beta and invite-only periods
During closed beta, Argon may:
- require invite codes for registration;
- temporarily restrict native downloads;
- modify or withdraw features without liability;
- select accounts for early access waves.
7. Fair use
Argon may apply bandwidth and API limits to prevent misuse. Automated bulk data extraction (scraping) is prohibited.
8. Export and sanctions
Customers confirm they are not using the service from sanctioned countries or as sanctioned persons under EU and Dutch sanctions legislation.
