Argon Development provides software and market-data visualisation. We are not:

• an investment firm or financial services provider under the Wet op het financieel toezicht (Wft);
• an investment adviser or intermediary under MiFID II;
• a provider of regulated investment research;
• a custodian, exchange, broker, or payment institution.

No information within ARGON — heatmap, DOM ladder, tape, footprint, VPIN, imbalance, cliff, session volume profile, macro panels, or alerts — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, personal advice, or an invitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

2. Your responsibility

As a user you are solely responsible for:

• all trading decisions and order placement via external exchanges;
• compliance with laws and regulations in your jurisdiction;
• tax reporting on gains and losses;
• determining whether our software is appropriate for your experience and risk profile.

Trading digital assets involves substantial risk, including total loss of capital. Past performance and historical data do not guarantee future results.

3. Data accuracy

Market data is aggregated from third-party sources (exchanges, data feeds). Argon does not guarantee:

• real-time synchronisation without latency;
• completeness or accuracy of order books, trades, or derived metrics;
• continuous availability in the event of exchange outages, API changes, or network disruptions.

Do not use ARGON as your sole source for execution-critical decisions without independent verification.

4. No performance guarantee

Metrics such as VPIN, imbalance, cliff, and session volume profile are informational and, where applicable, experimental. No performance guarantee and no guarantee of any trading edge is made.

5. Intended users

ARGON is designed for experienced market participants familiar with order-flow analysis. If you are a retail consumer without trading experience, do not use this software for live trading with substantial capital.

7. Regulatory status

Regulation of cryptocurrency and market-data tools continues to evolve. Argon may modify or restrict services by jurisdiction. Customers must independently determine whether use is permitted in their jurisdiction.
